[교육혁신팀] HYCMS 영상(녹화물) 일괄 삭제에 따른 안내 (국문/영문)
1. 제2차 원격수업운영위원회(2021.05.13.) 및 제1차 원격수업관리위원회(2021.05.27.)
의 결정에 따라 HYCMS에 저장된 영상(녹화물)을 일괄 삭제합니다.
가. 목적: 원격수업 장기화에 따른 클라우드 저장소 확보 및 영상 콘텐츠 저작권 보호
나. 삭제 대상: HYCMS 영상(녹화물) 저장본
다. 삭제 시기: 매년 2회(1월 말, 7월 말)
라. 금번 삭제 일정: 2022.08.01.(월) 17시

삭제 대상 | 2022.08.01.(월) 17시 이전 업로드된 모든 영상(녹화물) * 영상 외의 수업자료(PDF 등)은 삭제되지 않음 * 추후 삭제 범위가 변경될 수 있음 |
비고 | ① 현재까지 누적된 모든 영상 파일을 대상으로 함 ② SMART-F 콘텐츠 개발 교강사는 영상 일괄삭제 대상에서 제외됨 * SMART-F 콘텐츠란 (서울)교육혁신팀, (ERICA)교수학습지원센터와 스마트교육 콘텐츠개발 계약서에 따라 개발된 콘텐츠를 의미함 |
1. According to the decision of the 1st Remote Class Mangagement Comittee
(May 13,2021) and 2nd Remote Class Mangagement Comittee(May 27, 2021),
HIGHER EDUCATION INNOVATION DIVISION plan to delete all the videos
(records) stored in HYCMS.
A. Deletion Purpose: Securing cloud storage capacity and protecting copyrights
of video content(recordings) due to prolonged remote class
B. Deletion Subject: Videos(recordings) saved in HYCMS
C. Deletion Implementation schedule: Twice a year (End of January / July)
D. Deletion schedule for this semester: 2022.08.01.(Mon.) 17:00

Explanation | All materials uploaded to the HY-ON LMS for remote class, such as video, PDFs, and images, are saved in the HYCMS (COMMONS). URL: hycms.hanyang.ac.kr |
Deletion Subject (Range) | Video (recordings) * Course materials other than videos such as PDF files will not be deleted * The deletion subject can be changed later. |
Note | ① Collective deletion of video will be applied to all video files accumulated so far. ② All the videos uploaded by the SMART-F learning Instructor will be excluded from the video deletion list. |
